About Commission Work
I accept commissions for custom portrait and figurative sculptures in water-based clay with
Bronze-B cold-finish patina, creating pieces that have the appearance of cast bronze. Each
commission is a unique collaboration between artist and client, resulting in a one-of-a-kind
work of art.
Commission Process & Timeline

Commission pricing is based on:

Commission pricing varies based on size and complexity. Each quote is customized to
your specific project.
Size Parameters:

Water-based clay with Bronze-B finish: Up to 24 inches maximum
ྕ
Larger works: Available using Pal Tiya Premium (weatherproof cement-based
sculpting medium)
Representative Starting Prices:

Small portrait bust (8-12 inches): Starting at $700
ྕ
Life-size portrait bust (14-18 inches): Starting at $1,200
ྕ
Large bust or half-figure (20-24 inches): Starting at $1,800
ྕ
Pet/animal portraits (varies by size): Starting at $600
Final pricing is determined during your free consultation based on your specific
requirements, dimensions, and complexity.
Payment Terms
All commissions require the following payment schedule:
50% Non-Refundable Deposit

Due before delivery or shipping

Accepted payment methods: check, cash, Venmo, PayPal
Important: The deposit is non-refundable once work begins. This protects both the
artist's time investment and materials costs.
Cancellation & Changes

Minor adjustments during agreed revision periods: No additional charge

Major design changes after clay work begins: Additional fees apply

Client cancellation after work begins: Deposit is forfeited

Timeline extensions due to client delays: May result in additional storage fees
